Special Order-made Jewelry Shipping:

For jewelry items designated as "Special Order," we understand the eagerness to receive them. These pieces are procured/designed specifically to fulfill your request and typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date.

Order Processing & Shipment Timing:

Most items on our website are readily available for immediate shipment. For verified payments received before 2 PM, we typically ship the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that even in-stock items may take up to 72 hours to ship due to payment verification by our third-party insurance company’s anti-fraud software.

• Watches in Stock: Watches in stock typically ship within 3 business days after payment has been received. 
  
• Watches that have to be sourced: Sourced Watches typically ship within 5-7 business days
• Special Jewelry Orders: As mentioned above, special orders require additional time for procurement and typically ship within 2-3 weeks.
  
• International Orders: We do not accept credit cards from international buyers. And, all taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pre-Shipment Inspection & Packing:

Prior to shipping, your chosen treasure undergoes a meticulous inspection process by our team of experts. This ensures the item matches the website description, is in pristine condition, and functions flawlessly (for watches). We then securely pack your piece using high-quality materials for maximum protection during transit.

Shipment & Delivery:

Your order will be shipped via FedEx with full insurance coverage. An adult signature will be required upon delivery for added security.

Every watch is carefully inspected, authenticated and prepared before shipment. Due to the unique nature and high value of luxury watches, and to protect the integrity, condition and authenticity of each timepiece, all watch purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We believe in being completely transparent before every purchase. Our team is always available to answer questions, provide additional information and help you make a confident decision before completing your purchase.

JEWELRY

Our jewelry is made differently. Every piece is made to order and created specifically for each customer.

We carefully oversee the quality of every piece throughout the design and manufacturing process. Each creation involves custom design, skilled craftsmanship, carefully selected materials and significant time, effort and cost to produce.

Because each piece is specially created for its new owner, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry orders. Once production begins, the piece is being made specifically for you and is not a standard item that can simply be returned to inventory.
